Margriet Keijzer works as Secretary General of Affordable Medicines Europe, European association representing the independent distributors of medicines. Margriet is a public affairs professional with over 20 years’ experience in representing business interests on Member State and European level as well as working for the EU institutions. Prior to working for Affordable Medicines Europe, Margriet worked for a parcel delivery company and the retail sector in Brussels and before that in different positions in the European Commission, European Parliament, and the American Chamber of commerce.
Olga Ruppert is a German qualified lawyer with extensive experience in health and medicines law, policy making and complex litigation. In addition to her legal degree, she holds a Master in Interdisciplinary European Studies from the College of Europe. Before joining Affordable Medicines Europe in 2019, Olga worked for the Federal Union of German Associations of Pharmacists in Berlin and international law firms in Brussels. Olga speaks English, German, Spanish, French and Czech.
Claudie Tallineau has been working in European Affairs for more than 15 years providing services in the fields of association management and EU-funded projects, in particular in the fields of textile, maritime transport and energy efficiency.
She has been working with Affordable Medicines Europe as a freelance consultant since 2013, taking care of membership, internal audits and office management. Claudie speaks French, English and Italian.
Matteo Poidomani is a senior professional with extensive experience in EU affairs. Before joining Affordable Medicines Europe, Matteo worked at the Inter-Institutional Relations unit of DG GROW (Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs) in the European Commission. He holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of Milan, as well as a Masters in EU Studies from the UCL in Brussels. Matteo is fluent in English and Italian and has a professional knowledge of French and Spanish.
Iida Ahonen has worked on European legislation in Brussels for several years. Before joining Affordable Medicines Europe, she worked at the European Parliament, focusing on health and social policy, including on the regulation of pharmaceuticals within the European Union. She holds a Double Master’s Degree in European studies from the University of Strasbourg and University of Groningen. Iida speaks English, French, Finnish, Spanish and Swedish.
